Groomer

We are searching for an experienced dog groomer to join our team. We will work with your schedule to determine your days of grooming.
Groomer Must
- Work well with others
- Treat all the dogs with kindness
- Always have safety as a number one priority
- Be able to completely finish a cut
- Own your own tools
- Be punctual, reliable
- Be knowledgeable about grooming all breeds. Large and small
- Have good customer service skills and know how to communicate with customers
- Cat grooming is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to legally work in the US.
- Must provide references and resume. If you have photos of your work please email it.

This is for a full grooming position, NOT a bather.

Availability: EVERY M-F.
- Must be willing to work at least 4 days a week and have a consistent schedule.

- Job responsibilities includes watching over daycare dogs to ensure their safety, health, and happiness. This includes understanding the temperament of each dog in your care; taking them for bathroom breaks in our yard.
- Must be conscientious and responsible about showing up on time, doing assigned work, communicating with us when problems or issues arise.
- If you don’t have daycare or dog handling experience, we are willing to train too.

- Storefront job includes mainly communicating with clients in a polite manner.

- Able to handle all kind of situations.

- Distributing promotional materials, assisting a customer, or answering a phone call.

- Also, assisting dog groomers as needed – to hold a dog while nails clipped etc.

- Must be conscientious and responsible about showing up on time, doing assigned work.

- Inventory, file management (data entry) and cleaning responsibilities

- Always keep storefront look presentable

- You must have great communication skills and be detail oriented.

We need a responsible staff member for staying overnight with boarding dogs. Dogs stay cage free so you must be able to handle dogs. There is a bedroom provided with kitchen and rest room for boarder. 

- Looking for someone who is available approximately 11-4 M-F
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Is in good shape and can handle breeds of dogs large or small with varying temperaments
- The pay is generous and this job will begin with just a few dogs per day and grow steadily from there.
- You should have internet access and a smart phone
- You must have great communication skills and be detail oriented.

We are looking for volunteers to help in our shop with taking care of the dogs, playing with them, feeding them as needed, going on walks as needed and giving them plenty of cuddles. This internship is an excellent way to learn more about dog’s behavior. Must be at least 17 years of age and students are preferred. Must have some experience with animals, whether from owning your own dog or volunteering with animals in the past. Must be conscientious and responsible about showing up on time, doing assigned work, communicating with us when problems or issues arise.
