Policies

The Department of Health requires that all animals be up-to-date with Rabies, Distemper Parvo (DHPP) and Bordetella )Kennel Cough) vaccinations. We must have a physical proof of up to date vaccines. Also we will ask you about what flea & tick preventative you are using. Please inform us if your pet has been exposed to fleas or ticks so we can take the necessary precautions. All daycare & boarding dogs must be neutered/spayed.

A trial boarding is required before the actual boarding time so we can evaluate how your pup is going to behave with other dogs in our facility.

 Again, the basic requirement is up to date vaccines. Just bring their food, leash and snap collar, any medications (if needed) . If you want to book a boarding slot, email us!

We will also send reminder emails for confirmation. Atleast 50% upfront payment when you drop off dog!  
A cancellation fee applies for less than 72 hours (3 days) notice. 
CANCELLATION FEES FOR BOARDING*: 
1 to 3 day booking: One day amount
4 to 7 day booking: $100-$150
8 to 14 day booking: $200
Cancellation fee on holidays:
1 week before: 80% of total
3 days before: 100% due 

 Our groomer comes specially for any scheduled appointments, so there is a cancellation fee if you choose to cancel with less than 24 hours notice.  

Clients who do not show up or cancel with less than fair notice will be responsible for the following fees:

Grooming: less than 24 hrs notice - $29.99,
No-Show: Full groom amount

Pet sitting bookings must be confirmed by e-mail. At least 50% upfront payment is required. A cancellation fee applies for less than 72 hours (3 day) notice 

 Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice pay full amount. 

 Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice, pay for 1 visit.
